Hey guys Sorry for the absence from thursday onwards.
Had a Very nasty fall Last week landed on my spine and head was knocked unconsious was kept in Hospital over the weekend for Observation. and with a bit of good luck i'm fine just some bruising and headaches x-rays and CT Scan didn't show anything major so i'm back home now in bed and chilling.
So have a great week hope you guys get lots of drops etc.... and see you soon
